We offer the following options for you to benefit from NeurOptimal® training at home. For training sessions at our practice, we charge a fee of €70. NeurOptimal® works with every brain and does not require a diagnosis, because NeurOptimal® is a way to help the brain. When the brain, the nervous system can do its work more optimally, specific problems and complaints will be perceived in a different way, or even disappear completely. No. NeurOptimal® training does not lead to a change in your character. It is possible, however, that because you feel more relaxed, you will behave differently in certain situations and therefore you will be receiving different reactions from your family and friends. Because of this you may again react differently than before. But, your character remains the same. You will usually be more flexible in dealing with stressful situations.

NeurOptimal® provides training and is not a medical neurofeedback system. No diagnosis is required. The system communicates from microsecond to microsecond during a 33-minute session with the central nervous system and presents information to the brain to assist it in reorganizing itself. After a series of sessions (varying in number per person), one feels calmer, brighter, more cheerful and generally functions better in daily life.
Yes, as long as you don't experience something that causes you to become out of balance again. It may take some time before the training has a noticeable effect, but if there is change it will be permanent. Neurofeedback training is not a magical tool but a good tool to be able to achieve good results together with your efforts. With over fifteen years of Experience, we know NeurOptimal® is safe, and time-proven for its efficacy. Our clients do like to come back once or twice a year for a so-called "booster session".
